Reporting abuse on the hosted Vivijure studio

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. Do not wait for us.

Write to abuse@skyphusion.org. That address reaches a human. You do not need an account with us to use it, and you do not need to be the person affected.

For suspected child sexual abuse material, please also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678, and to law enforcement. Do not wait for us to relay it. Outside the United States, your national hotline is listed at inhope.org. Reporting to them and to us at the same time is the right move; there is no reason to choose.

Status: the hosted studio has not opened to signups yet. The address on this page works today, so if you have something to report, send it now rather than waiting.

Why your report matters more here than on most platforms

We do not monitor what our users create. We run no content scanning, no classifiers, and no automated review of prompts or generated output. That is a deliberate privacy commitment, not an oversight, and we are not going to quietly change it.

The direct consequence: a report from a person is our primary way of learning that something is wrong. We are not watching, so when you tell us, you are usually telling us something we did not know. We treat it that way.

What to include

You do not need all of this. Send what you have. An incomplete report is far better than no report.

  1. A link or address: the studio URL (something like name.studio.vivijure.com), or a link to the specific content.
  2. What you believe is wrong with it, in your own words. You do not need to cite a policy section or use legal language.
  3. When you saw it (a date and rough time, with your time zone).
  4. How you came across it, if you are comfortable saying. It helps us judge how the material is being distributed.
  5. A contact address, if you want acknowledgement or follow-up questions.

Please do NOT attach suspected child sexual abuse material to your report. Describe it and tell us where it is. Sending it forwards it, which we do not want you to do and which creates legal problems for you and for us. A link and a description are enough.

What we do when a report arrives

  1. We log it, with the time it arrived.
  2. We triage it. Suspected child sexual abuse material and any imminent risk of physical harm jump every other queue. We are a small team and not a 24-hour desk: if it is urgent, report to the CyberTipline and to law enforcement at the same time rather than waiting on us.
  3. We suspend first when the report is serious. Suspension takes the studio offline immediately and is reversible. It destroys nothing, which matters, because evidence has to survive.
  4. We look only as far as we have to. We check the specific thing you identified, and nothing else. We do not search the account, we do not read through unrelated projects, and we stop the moment we know what we are dealing with.
  5. For child sexual abuse material we report to the NCMEC CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement. In the United States this is a legal obligation, not a favor we choose to do.
  6. We preserve the evidence for as long as the law requires, and we do not delete it to be helpful to anyone.
  7. We terminate accounts that violate the bright-line rules, permanently.

We will not tell you what we found, what we did about it, or whether an account exists. That is not evasiveness; an abuse channel that reports back on other people accounts is a tool for harassment. If you gave us a contact address we will acknowledge that we received your report.

We would rather be plain about this than have you send a report to the wrong place.

Vivijure is free open-source software. A self-hosted instance never talks to us, we cannot see it, and we cannot switch it off. Report it to whoever hosts it, or to law enforcement.

GPU rendering on our hosted pool We can act

We can shut down the studio and stop it from using our GPUs.

We cannot switch off a copy of the software someone else is running. We can switch off the hosted studio we operate.

If you are the person in the content

Write to abuse@skyphusion.org and say so. Reports about non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of yourself go to the front of the queue alongside the other serious categories, and we do not require you to prove your identity before we act on a credible report.

You do not have to describe the material in detail. A link and "this is me and I did not consent" is enough to start.

Retaliation and good faith

We do not share reporter identities with the accounts reported on. We do not act on reports as a way of settling scores between users, and a pattern of bad-faith reports is itself an acceptable-use problem.
